CS Rohit Sharma is a commerce graduate, a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds Diploma in Management Accountant from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountant, United Kingdom (CIMA, UK). He has been a meritorious student throughout his education career. He passed the final examination of Company Secretary in the year 2016. He has also written various articles on Company Law matters and Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 which got published on numerous websites and journals of professional institutes. He is currently heading the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) division at Mamta Binani and Associates.
